Keep the article unused and in its original condition. Packaging, tags, and any included accessories should be kept with the item where applicable.

Contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide your order number plus clear photos when the issue involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.
Final Review
Ray Studio reviews each request before approving an exchange or store-credit coupon. Items showing use, alteration, or customer-caused damage may not qualify.
